JLOTY and YOM

Five of our Youth members flew to Sydney to participate in this season’s SLSNSW Ingenia Holiday Parks Junior Lifesaver of the Year Development Program and SLSNSW Youth Opportunities Makers Workshop.
The three day programs were held on Sydney Northern Beaches at the Collaroy Centre, where the JLOTY interviews will take place.
The JLOTY program will focus on recognition and learning through experience and fun, whilst the YOM brings together 35 members from across the State to focus on personal and team leadership skills, developing their social network, provide pathways awareness of opportunities within and externally to Surf Life Saving.
SLSMNC is represented at JLOTY by Millie McGrath (WBHSLSC) and Jarvis Lineham (PMSLSC)
Our YOM representatives are Amy Hatherly, Cooper Lorger and Andie McGrath from PMSLSC.
Have a great few days away, and good luck Millie and Jarvis in your interviews.
